How Daily Life Buzz chooses topics, writes articles and fixes mistakes.

What we publish

We publish evergreen articles on psychology, philosophy, spirituality, self-help, mindfulness and relationships. We choose topics that stay useful over time and that can help readers understand themselves and others a little better.

Original content

Every article is written for Daily Life Buzz. We do not copy, scrape or republish articles from other websites. When we draw on a book, study or traditional text, we name it and explain the idea in our own words.

How we write

  • We explain ideas in plain, friendly language, without jargon.
  • When we mention research, we describe what it found fairly and avoid exaggerating results.
  • We separate well-established findings from popular myths, and say so when evidence is limited.
  • We present spiritual and philosophical traditions respectfully and accurately.
  • On sensitive topics such as mental health, we include a reminder to seek professional help where appropriate.

Use of AI tools

Some articles may be drafted or edited with the help of AI writing tools. Every article is reviewed by our team for accuracy, clarity and tone before it is published, and we take full responsibility for what appears on the site.

Independence

No advertiser or sponsor decides what we write. Any sponsored content or affiliate link will be clearly labelled.

Updates

Because our articles are meant to last, we review them from time to time. When we make a meaningful change, we show an “Updated” date at the top of the article.

Corrections

If you spot an error, please email hello@dailylifebuzz.com with:

  1. the link to the article;
  2. what you believe is wrong; and
  3. a source for the correct information, if you have one.

We review every request and correct confirmed errors promptly. See also our Disclaimer.
